In December 2019, the R & D personnel of our company optimized the conventional production process of luteolin, epimedium and kaempferol in the laboratory. There were more than ten samples tested in the laboratory every day. When the laboratory staff held a meeting, they jokingly said that the glass bottles in the laboratory could not be washed and could not be used for testing.
On the first day of work in March 2020, the staff of R & D and production went to the post to continue to do the optimization experiment. On March 15, luteolin samples passed the final product test, which solved the problem of reagent volume doubling in the process, greatly reduced the use of ethanol, shortened the production time of the product, and the final product content reached the level of conventional product testing .The content of luteolin can greatly reduce the production cost of luteolin.
On March 16, 2020, the luteolin workshop was put into mass production and improved according to the new process. At that time, we were excited and worried. We were worried that the data of mass production was different from that of the laboratory, and we were excited to see that the large-scale production could smoothly produce finished products. In each step of the production process, we are responsible for the production of the general manager Mr. wen who are carefully follow-up, record data, follow-up process.
On March 18, 2020, the first batch of large-scale production, after the final results were detected, when the laboratory gave the production data, they saw the test results, and everyone laughed. In this smile, there was affirmation of their hard work and satisfaction with the answer paper.
